We had a great experience at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the central square and allowed us to easily explore the historic town on foot. The staff provided exceptional service, paying attention to every detail and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely balcony that provided a nice view. The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, added to our comfort. We also appreciated the terrace and dining table, which allowed us to relax and enjoy meals in a cozy setting. Our New Year's stay was amazing! We were greeted with complimentary champagne and chocolate, which was a great start to our trip. The hotel's location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the hotspots in the area. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city and we enjoyed watching the sunset from up there.

The only issue we had during our stay was the noise level in the room. We could hear the street noise and it made it difficult to sleep.

Spent Christmas at a boutique hotel and it was fantastic. The rooms were cozy and tidy, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The location was great, really easy to get around and close to all the main sights. They also had a great restaurant and the food was super tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

That the hot water was hit or miss. Sometimes it was hot, sometimes it was not.
